Refund Policy

1. Current status

Solar AI Finance's paid plan (Solar Pro) is billed through Google Play. Since Google Play processes the payment, refunds are handled through Google Play's own refund policy — see Google Play Help to request one.

2. When payments go live

The following is our intended policy and will be finalized before billing is enabled:

• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• After cancelling, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Partial-month refunds are not provided.

3. Billing errors

If you are charged in error once billing is live, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Subscription page in your account.
