Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Aqsa LogicByte operates the Solar AI Finance website and mobile application (together, the “Service”), a solar advisory tool that helps households and businesses in Pakistan analyse their electricity use, size a solar system, and estimate cost and payback.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

• You may hold one account per person, and you must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Keep your email address current, as we use it to send verification, password-reset, and important account notices.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content or data from the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its output without our permission;
• use the Service to break any applicable law or to infringe the rights of others.

4. Subscriptions & billing

The Service offers a free plan (Solar Starter) and a paid plan (Solar Pro) billed monthly through Google Play. Each paid period runs for 30 days and renews automatically until cancelled.

Paid plans do not auto-renew during the testing period.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Subscription page in your account. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.

6. Estimates are not professional advice

Solar sizing, costs, savings, payback periods, and regulatory information provided by the Service are indicative estimates for planning purposes only. They are not engineering, financial, or legal advice. Before purchasing or installing equipment, verify the details with a licensed solar installer and with your distribution company (DISCO).

7. Availability & changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time; when we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aqsa LogicByte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on its estimates.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
